Atrium Rise To Success
The Rise to Success Initiative is a program that enables Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (CMS) high school graduates to earn a Certified Nurse Aide Certificate (CNA) during the summer and in the fall, enroll in an Associate’s degree program in a healthcare related discipline from one of three participating community colleges with Atrium Health’s support. Participating community colleges include Central Piedmont, Rowan-Cabarrus and Gaston College. Participants are encouraged to earn their Bachelor's degree upon program completion.
Selected participants will have an opportunity to obtain a part-time position at Atrium Health that requires at least 24 hours per work week, provides benefits and will include access to the Atrium Health Educational Assistance program.

Atrium Rise To Success
BLKTECHCLT is Charlotte’s first and only inclusive tech hub for entrepreneurs and technologists of color, serving as a one-stop shop for career development, startup resources, and connecting with the top recruiters in Charlotte’s tech community. We aim to make Charlotte’s startup community one of the most diverse in the Southeast by providing programming and leadership within local technology initiatives.

Wake Forest: College Launch
College LAUNCH (Learn. Achieve. Understand. Network. Commit. Help.) for Leadership is a FREE nine-month college preparatory program that focuses on social justice and leadership development.
CPCC: STEM Prep

STEM Prep is an academic enrichment program for under-represented minority (URM) high school 11th and 12th graders that are interested in pursuing bachelor’s degrees in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) disciplines. This 8-week after-school program is held on Central Piedmont's Central Campus. Participants are enrolled in non-credit courses that provide them with project-based experiences in mathematics and their choice of science, technology or engineering.
